Each of these varieties grows in our own backyard, providing our family with lots of very delicious fruit in exchange for a very, very little amount of work. Regionally adapted to Northwest Ohio, hardy, and pest + disease resistant.
Grown in organic potting mix and fed with local compost. We never spray with herbicides or fungicides.
Prelude Red Raspberry
Early season red raspberry ripening in June. Fast grower and very productive. May also produce a small fall crop. Full to half sun. Root rot resistant. Will bear next season. $15
Heritage Red Raspberry
Heirloom variety with bright red, flavorful berries. Can produce both summer + fall crops or be mowed down for a larger fall crop. Full to half sun. Will bear this summer into fall! $15
Jewel Black Raspberry
Our family's favorite! Excellent yields of large, glossy black fruit. Ripens in July. Full to half sun. Will bear next season. $15
Mac Black Black Raspberry
Heavy bearer of firm, flavorful black fruit. Ripens 2 weeks after Jewel; a great way to extend the picking season. Full to half sun. Will bear next season. $15
American Elderberry
8-12' shrub with excellent wildlife value. Late summer berries are prized for jams, wines, and medicinal uses. Full to half sun. Tolerates wet soil. May bear small crop next season. $20
Hinnomaki Gooseberry
Disease-resistant 2-3' shrub with large, sweet dark red fruits. Heavy bearer. Good option for container growing. Ripens June to July. Full to half sun. Will bear this summer!$20
Jewel Strawberry
Intensely sweet, high quality berries. Ripens May-June. Full to half sun. Mulch to keep berries off the ground.

Allegheny Serviceberry
Multi-stemmed 25' tree with white spring blossoms, brilliant fall foliage, and June berries. This variety is especially known for berries with good flavor. Full sun to full shade. Bears in 2-3 yrs $25

Strong, sweet minty flavor. Pollinator favorite spikes of purple flowers with long bloom time. 1-2' tall. Full sun to full shade. Spreads rapidly. $4
Chocolate Mint
Lower growing habit with a unique chocolatey aroma. Great for holiday baking. 1' tall. Full sun to full shade. Spreads rapidly. $4
Lemon Balm
1-2' bushy perennial herb with lemon scented leaves. Vigorous grower. Greats for teas + summer dishes. Full sun to part shade. $4
Garlic Chives
A must have herb! Garlic-flavored chive ready before most greens in very early spring. Excellent culinary quality + pollinator friendly flowers. 2' tall. Full sun to part shade. $4
Bee Balm
Clumping perennial with aromatic foliage and vibrant pink-purple flowers. Favorite of humans, butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds alike. Blooms mid-summer to fall. 2-4' tall. Full to half sun. $4
We are located at 211 2nd St., Findlay, OH 45840 just south of downtown Findlay.
Follow the signs and use the alley between 2nd + 3rd St. to access the plant stand at the back of the property, next to the black garage.
The alley is one-way so please continue down the alley towards Main Street when leaving. Thank you in advance for your courtesy to our neighbors!
